Clemens Physical Therapy PLLC is a unique physical therapy practice that specializes in chronic pain in men, women and children.  We also offer treatment for women's health issues and pelvic floor pain and rehabilitation in women and men. We are located in West Virginia in the Bridgeport - Clarksburg area but see patients from all over the state.

Due to our years of expertise and specilization in these areas and gentle "hands on" treatment,  we are often able to help patients with difficult problems that have not been successful with other forms of treatment.

Some of the conditions we treat include fibromyalgia, chronic neck and back pain, dizziness, sciatica, stenosis, headaches, TMJ-jaw pain, foot pain, bladder control / incontinence, constipation, osteoporosis / osteopenia, interstitial cystitis, pelvic pain, scar / adhesion pain, pregnancy/ after pregnancy.
